Removing the stock bumper was very straight forward. There are 2 bolts on each frame bracket, 1 under each wheel well, and one on each fog light assembly. You should remove the fog lights first. This gets the front bumper over assembly removed, but there will remain a solid cross member that is bolted to the end of the frame in front of the radiators. The new frame brackets are very well engineered and serve the function of both the cross member and the frame brackets used in the stock set up.
