ARB Sahara Bar Install for the Toyota Tundra

It was now the time to get this doggy on!! During the dry fit, it was easy to get the bar up with only 2 people. However, after adding the winch, it quickly became a 3 person job. It has to be at least 220lbs altogether. I was running Sway-A-Way adjustable coilovers at the time and had them adjusted to 2" over stock height. After putting on the bar/winch, I lost a tad more than 1/2" of that. I can only imagine how far the stock suspension would give with this beast on it, and would actually advise against it given the softness of the OEM coils. The bolt on is straight forward, but you will need help getting things level as while you are underneath wrenching, you cannot tell how things align. The next thing to pay attention to is the fog light wiring. In the standard OEM configuration, the wiring is too short. But no worries! There is a routing harness that once you cut the tape holding the wires in, will free up the needed length to get the bulb back in the lamps. For further protection against wire damage, I wrapped the wires in tape and routed them behind the inside supports.
